The nights are drawing in...

Head torches and hi vis at the ready!! The long, hazy summer evenings are drawing to a close and it’s now time to wrap up warm and get ready for the autumn and winter months.

A big well done to Kimberly and Kathryn, both doing ultra marathons for the first time this summer, what a huge achievement!

ParkRuns and races have also been a big part of these sunny months of running, along with our usual training nights.

As a club we have been tackling the nearby mountains, including all of the 3 peaks, enjoying the views, challenge and the trips to the local pubs afterwards.

We had our annual 10k race on the 12th of July, it was another hot day for it and saw 46 runners travelling from far and wide to take part.
