The Club Championship full schedule for 2024/25 is listed below. The championship is divided between male and female members.
Important Changes for 2024/25;
You need to complete at least 8 races to complete the championship
Your 8 races must include one trail (off road) race and only maximum of 2 park runs will count towards your points total for the championship, but all park runs on the list will count towards completing 8 races
Points are awarded based on position among fellow club members in the race
Second claim members must be entered under Bentham Beagles to qualify for championship points
If you complete more than 8 races your best 8 points scores will go towards your total
There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes for both male and female. There will also be a Championship Momento for all members that complete 10 Championship Races. The prize giving will be in Spring 2024 on the same evening as the Club AGM.
The Championship is kindly organised by club members Adrian Leigh and Jill Noble. We will post updates to race dates, and ongoing points totals as they are available throughout the year. A full list of the races included in the Championship is below.
