We usually have around 20 people attending club nights. We normally run in 3 groups with a selection of distances and paces to suit.
A regular night will have 3, 5 and 7 mile options. Over the winter headtorches and refective bibs are a must. We also try to do a fartlek or interval session once a month for those that want to try something different.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm meeting at the Club House, Bentham Playing Fields unless otherwise stated and try to post on twitter beforehand details of what is planned.
Whether you have never run at all or are an experienced runner we hope our club has something for everyone.
Club Runs always start from the Club House in High Bentham at 7pm unless the route below is marked AWAY NIGHT or NO CLUB.

Tues 23rd - 3, 5 & 6mile Windy Hill/Settle Road
Weds 24th - Championship Race - Levens 10k
Thurs 25th - TRAIL RUN - Burton/Clifford Hall/Low B Trail Route approx 6miles
Tues 30th - AWAY NIGHT - Newby/Clapham 5miles - Meet in Newby Village Centre
