We usually have around 20 people attending club nights. We normally run in 3 groups with a selection of distances and paces to suit.
A regular night will have 3, 5 and 7 mile options. Over the winter headtorches and refective bibs are a must. We also try to do a fartlek or interval session once a month for those that want to try something different.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm meeting at the Club House, Bentham Playing Fields unless otherwise stated and try to post on twitter beforehand details of what is planned.
Whether you have never run at all or are an experienced runner we hope our club has something for everyone.
Club Runs always start from the Club House in High Bentham at 7pm unless the route below is marked AWAY NIGHT or NO CLUB.

Thurs 3rd - NO CLUB - Championship Race - Cuerden Valley Badger Trail 10k
Tues 8th - 3, 5 & 7.3mile Mewith Lane / Greystone Gill
Thurs 10th - 3, 5 & 6.75mile Low Bentham / Fourlands (Reverse Route - Robin Lane first)
Tues 15th - AWAY NIGHT - Meet at Wennington Rail Station (organised by Jill Noble)
Thurs 17th - 3, 4 & 7mile Big Stone Route
Tues 22nd - 3mile Low Bentham, 5mile Mill Lane & Beagles 10k (Reverse Route)
Thurs 24th - 3, 5 & 6.8mile Knackers Yard (Robin Lane first)
Tues 29th - AWAY NIGHT - Meet at Clapham Rail Station (organised by Jill Noble)
Thurs 31st - Speed/Interval Session at the Clubhouse (organised by Adrian Leigh)
